Stir Fry Peppersoup Spaghetti Serves: 2  Recipe level: Easy  Preparation time: 10 minutes  Cook time: 30 minutes  Total time: 40 minutes Meal type: Side Dish/Main Course Meal time: Lunch/Dinner Country/Region: Nigerian Fusion  INGREDIENTS: 250 grams dry spaghetti,  1 tablespoon pepper-soup spice,  8-10 whole scent leaves,  2 cloves garlic,  Minced 1 hot pepper,  Finely diced 1 small onion,  Finely sliced 1 cup of chopped vegetables,  You can use any mixture you like ( for this recipe, I used carrots and a combination of bell peppers)  1 seasoning cube, maggi or knorr Salt and black pepper, to taste 1/4 cup vegetable oil METHOD 1.
