Stir Fry Peppersoup Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS:
250 grams dry spaghetti,
 1 tablespoon pepper-soup spice,
 8-10 whole scent leaves,
 2 cloves garlic,
 Minced 1 hot pepper,
 Finely diced 1 small onion,
 Finely sliced 1 cup of chopped vegetables,
 You can use any mixture you like ( for this recipe, I used carrots and a combination of bell peppers)  1 seasoning cube, maggi or knorr
Salt and black pepper, to taste 1/4 cup vegetable oil

METHOD
1. Cook your spaghetti according to package directions; drain and set aside. ( Cook pasta al dente (not too soft) because you will be frying it) In a large frying pan, heat oil on medium high heat; saute onions and garlic for about 2 mins.
2.Add scent leaves, chopped vegetables, hot pepper, pepper-soup spice and seasoning cubes; stir fry for 2 -3 mins.
3.Add spaghetti and stir mixture properly (you can add more oil if you desire to add the frying process); season with salt and black pepper.
4.Stir fry for about 2 to 3 minutes . Serve immediately and garnish with more scent leaves.
